K7abeer helps internet providers run vouchers, branches, routers, and staff from one platform.
This page explains the production system, supported user roles, sign-up flow, onboarding steps, desktop operator app, and the documents customers need before going live.
- 1. Register the provider business account.
- 2. Create the first site or branch.
- 3. Add voucher profiles and print templates.
- 4. Invite sellers, technicians, and managers.
- 5. Connect routers and start issuing live vouchers.
Access is separated by real operational responsibility.
System Owner
Controls the platform-level account, ownership settings, high-level access, and operational governance.
Admin
Creates sites, users, voucher profiles, router records, templates, and day-to-day business settings.
Technician
Installs routers, checks hotspot configuration, reviews device status, and supports branch connectivity.
Seller
Sells vouchers, checks stock, records transactions, and serves walk-in customers from an assigned site.
Site Manager
Manages branch-level activity, monitors sales, reviews local users, and tracks voucher usage.
Public registration is open for new provider accounts.
Each new business account starts as its own tenant. The first registered user becomes the admin for that business and can create staff users without sharing the owner bootstrap account.
Open the K7abeer app and choose Create account.
Enter the business owner name, email address, phone number, and preferred verification channel.
Verify the registration OTP when email or SMS verification is enabled.
Create the first business admin account, then add sites, staff, voucher profiles, and routers.
Invite sellers, technicians, and site managers from the Users area.
What the system covers.
Voucher Operations
Create voucher profiles, generate stock, track sales, and prepare printable voucher batches.
Router & Hotspot Setup
Connect MikroTik routers, prepare hotspot access, and keep router records tied to each site.
Sites & Branches
Separate branches, stock, sellers, reports, and operational responsibility by site.
Templates
Prepare login pages, voucher print templates, and customer-facing hotspot presentation.
Support & Audit
Track support tickets, account actions, login history, and important operational events.
Reports
Review sales, stock movement, users, router status, and business performance by branch.
Desktop demo is prepared for offline voucher and router work.
The desktop app is designed for branch operators who need local voucher generation, exports, router discovery, MikroTik setup assistance, sync queue visibility, and support drafts when the cloud connection is unstable.
